Meetings: Post Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month at different locations in the Staunton Virginia area.  Once a quarter, meetings are held during drill weekend in the Staunton Armory.  Start time is 12:00 for a lunch meeting.

Membership: The Post membership is primarily made up of Soldiers and former Soldiers of the 116th Infantry Brigade Combat Team.  We also have members who are mothers, fathers, spouses, and children of those Soldiers.

Dues: Yearly Dues are $12.00. National gets $5.00 and the Post gets $7.00 per person.

Activities are as follows:

Point Pleasant Battle Days at Point Pleasant WV each year on the first weekend of October to honor Augusta and Botetourt Militia who fought there in 1774.           
Veterans Parade in November in the City of Staunton.                                                    
116th Muster in November.                                                                                     
Christmas in the Park Exhibit honoring the 116th Infantry Regiment.
4th of July Parade in the City of Staunton.                                                         
The Memorial Day wreath laying at WWII memorial at the Staunton Armory.

The Post is in the process of raising money to erect a WWI memorial to be placed at
the Staunton Armory, 116th IBCT Headquarters alongside the WWII memorial.
