Battle of North Point Post 58 – 29th Division Association

Post 58 Background:

Post 58 is the newest Post in the 29th Division Association. We welcome individuals present and former from units everywhere but because we meet in Eastern Baltimore County and Harford County we attempt to recruit from the former and current units of Dundalk, Glen Burnie, and Parkville Armories.

Post 58 meets quarterly and rotates the meetings between Dundalk/Essex and Bel Air Maryland. All meetings begin at 1800 and follow the 29th Division Association Ritual.

Post 58 has recently began supporting The Gilchrest Center with their “We Honor Veterans” Program and there will be more information on this and other activities to support the community as they unfold.

The current officers were installed for a period of two years in 2015 and with a few changes caused by the loss of the Post Commander they have remained in the elected positions.

They are as follows:

POST COMMANDER: Thomas G. Knight
tknight22@gmail.com

VICE COMMANDER: Richard Synder
rdsnyder21@comcast.net

FINANCE OFFICER: Dennis Pulket
dvpulket@epix.net

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/ADJUTANT: Brucke Kahl
bedekay2@aol.com

Dues for Post 58 will be changing effective January 1, 2018 and the Post will be implementing a discount for multi-year payments and renewals. Dues will be $17 for one year, $30 for two years and $44 for three years.

Post 58 is an active post and always looking to add members. All current and former members of Maryland Guard Units are welcome.

Preamble: To perpetuate the friendships we cherish; to keep alive the spirit that never knew defeat;
to glorify our dead, and to further keep before our country, the record of the 29th Division in all the wars;
we associate ourselves in an organization
known as the 29th Division Association.
